about the founder
Julie Ann
I founded H Luxury Travel drawing on experience as a travel advisor and a deep personal knowledge of the destinations I recommend. Traveling with my family has shaped how I design for my clients — every itinerary reflects what I know works, and what I have learned does not.
Some of my favorite destinations are South Africa, Kenya, Tanzania, Italy, Paris, London, Southern Spain, and New York — places I return to because I know them well enough to share what most travelers never find.
My goal is straightforward: to design a journey that feels like it was built for exactly the people taking it — because it was.
H Luxury Travel was founded on a simple conviction: the details that make a journey remarkable are rarely the obvious ones. They are the property that does not advertise its availability, the table that requires a relationship, the morning that belongs entirely to you with nothing scheduled after it. We design for all of it.
We also work with a deliberately small number of clients at a time, by design — not because we're hard to reach, but because this kind of attention doesn't scale, and we'd rather give it fully than spread it thin.
My family loves to be on the go so you’ll likely find me shuffling our two boys to their various activities, volunteering at their school, or sweating it out on the tennis court (thank you, Alabama heat!).
My husband and I both grew up traveling with our families. Being high school sweethearts, we’ve been traveling together for over 20 years. Whether it be relaxing in the Caribbean, sightseeing through Europe, or taking in the hustle and bustle of New York City, my attention to every detail makes our trips some of our most precious memories with our families and friends. I look forward to designing your next journey.

My love of travel began early. Born in Germany, I spent the first 11 years of my life in Europe, where travel became part of my story. I later returned to live and study in Europe in my 20s, creating a lasting connection to travel that continues today.
Paris and Amsterdam are two places I never tire of returning to, but Berlin has my heart. I’m equally happy sneaking away with my husband for a quick getaway to Highlands, North Carolina.
Being a mom to three busy children, I’ve come to appreciate those shorter escapes just as much as the bigger adventures.
As Client Care Coordinator at H Luxury Travel, I enjoy creating the thoughtful touches and personal details that help make every client feel cared for throughout their travel experience.
