Getting to know you is the first (and most important) step. Fill out the form below and our team will be in touch within 48 hours. From there, we will set up a complimentary call to learn about you and your travel desires so we can curate the most suitable experience.
Let the fun begin! You can be as involved or not, as you like, but we will start planning every detail of your trip. From proposals and reservations to unique adventures, we’ll fill up your ideal itinerary, including VIP upgrades at every opportunity.
Once details are approved by you, and outlined in your travel proposal, we’ll complete all of the bookings for transportation, lodging, dining, adventures and more. We’ll include any pertinent information and share your finalized itinerary the week prior to your trip — including confirmations and contacts you may need while away.
A few weeks before your departure we ship your travel box (get excited!). This is a box of "bonuses" relative to your trip or celebration. We then send you on your way with hidden gems, “in the know” recommendations, and of course our suggestions. Your itinerary is at your fingertips at all times, available through our partner travel app. The app is updated in real time for your convenience. And, of course, we’ll be available throughout your trip to answer any questions.
Once you return from creating lifelong memories, we want to hear from YOU. Like, follow and share pictures with us via email or social media and spread the word to your friends and fellow travel lovers. The biggest compliment is a referral from a happy client.

Is There a best price guArantee?
Hotels are required to offer price parity, but occasionally you may see a different rate from an online travel agency than the one advertised on the hotel’s website. That happens very rarely but, when it does, we do our best (e.g. contact the property directly) to ensure the property honors the same price.
What type of travel should i book with H luxury travel?
All types. Hotels, resort vacations, safaris, city breaks, vacation home rentals, once-in-a-lifetime adventures, weekend escapes, we do it all. Send it our way - if we can’t book it we’ll let you know and we will lead you in the direction of someone who can - our goal is to be a service to you.
